Sarah was incredible.
She went above and beyond.
We went in with no clue what we really wanted or where we wanted to go having exhausted all hope of finding out holiday on our own we came in Hays Exmouth.
From the start Sarah was amazing. She listened to our waffle and came up with lots of very intriguing and wonderful holidays of all types.
Having personally gone from Blackpool to the canaries to Egypt in our search we were clueless.
Sarah then mentioned Hawaii....this was interesting. Then came Las Vegas. Well it's a bucket list destination and somewhere my husband has always wanted to go.

Hotel booked, flights upgraded and links sent about hiring a mobility scooter and visas.
Sarah is fantastic.

Job...well done.

Recently booked a holiday to Amsterdam with Lauren. As it was so last minute, the hotel I thought I’d stay at was fully booked, but she helped me to find a hotel with similar offerings, in a similar location, and at a similar price, completely eliminating the stress and hassle of trying to find something myself! Will definitely be back to book my next holiday with Hays.

Really disappointed with the experience I had today, paid deposit rang back 3 hours later to cancel was told I would loose my £80 deposit. Only cancelled as found out I would save £150 if I went direct.
