We new the hotel and date prior to our visit, also the cost of the holiday which we found on the internet.
We completed all holiday details and arranged car parking at the airport in quick time. The purchase was painless due to the help given by your assistant.

Window shopping took us to Hays Travel in Falkirk. We met Mariam who patiently showed us various offers in our price range. She was a quietly confident young person who listened to us without being pushy. She explained all options to us and what we could expect from the company. We came away really happy with our choice and hopefully will be back later in the year to book another holiday. Everything under one roof and no drama. Comfortable space and privacy. Thank you.

Ava and Victoria were very knowledgeable and dealt with my enquiry about a cruise very efficiently. Booking did not open until the following day so they said they would complete the booking and get back to me by 9 the next morning and they did. Their service was professional and friendly. I will use them to book future holidays.
