Booked a holiday to Greece yesterday. Over the phone which I have never ever done before. It was so easy. Hannah was so helpful and I can’t recommend her enough.

Very good service all booked and sorted within one hour . Got a print out of our holiday would like to have seen photos of our hotel on the print out . Apart from that it was a very good service . Thank you .

Went into Hays Gainsborough the support I had from the staff member handling my booking was fantastic I went in knowing I wanted a holiday but that’s it the knowledge advice and general conversation was fantastic. Nothing was to much I kept changing my mind and it didn’t matter the staff member couldn’t have helped enough even to the point I had to leave due to other commitments and she carried on looking for deals and emailed me. In the space off the week I’ve booked two holidays and the only reason it’s not three is because the dates I requested for next year haven’t been released but I will be returning as booking a holiday in this store couldn’t be easier.

Alice looked after us so well at the Marshalls Yard in Gainsborough. She listened to what our needs were and gave us great advice about our cruise cabin etc. she was very careful when booking, thinking about every little detail. Thank you Hays and Alice in particular.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much for them! They spent an hour and a half with us, sorting out and booking the holiday for my friends and I. It was s bit complicated as there was six of us going but only three of us could make it in to their office.

We had a complicated group booking which necessitated more than one staff member being involved. All went smoothly and they couldnt do enough to help us. Also, were very smiley and chatty throughout.
