The person who I was dealing with was great better than the forge Glasgow

Walked if the street looking to book something last minute. Staff couldn't be more helpful open and honest. Ended up at cote da zure 2 days later having a great time.

What a great team at Hays Gordon St Glasgow Ricky and his team are fab so helpful and my recent booking with Sarah was so helpful and her knowledge of the trip l have booked was amazing wouldn’t go anywhere else to plan my trips 👌🏻

First class and superior service. Ricky went above and beyond to compile and formulate a package to facilitate my very important travel to attend my son's wedding.

Karen at your Glasgow city centre office in Gordon Street was extremely helpful and nothing was a bother to her.

We put our trust in Hays travel as we were looking for something special for our 25th wedding anniversary, we were very specific about what we were looking for to celebrate the occasion.
We settled on the "Dreams Dorada"Lanzarote, a so called 5 star hotel with a price tag to match, what we received was more a nightmare than a dream.
Our agent Karen sold the hotel and resort beautifully as a perfect location but the reality was she sold us down the river.
They sell you a dream which either they have never vistited,or if they have
choose to embellish to get the sale.
The reality is we were ripped off, and neither Hays or Jet2 were interested in resolving the issue, a few kindly worded emails and lip service on the phone was the extent of their efforts.
Even after presenting all the evidence we were dismissed by Jet2.

l hope you sleep well at night, as l dont after being conned out of a substantial sum of money.
I would never use this company again and l would suggest other not to either.

Edit, In response to feed back.
- This is no longer under investigation, jet2 have reached their " final position".
By your response it would appear jet2 have no interest in keeping you in the loop either.

Edit -Hays travel, it would appear you have now concluded your investigation and passed back to jet2, we all know where that is going to go.
To anyone thinking of using Hays please take this as a cautionary tale of wen things go badly wrong an no one will take accountability.
Disgrace of a company

Sophie at the Gordon St branch was immediately friendly and helpful and figured out our needs incredibly quickly. Infinitely preferable to spending days online trying to corral all the moving parts ourselves. As always, great flexible service, good advice and invaluable insight.

Cause the team they are working there they are so kind and helpful.

Sophie was polite from beginning to end of my call to make booking. Lovely to chat with and had no issues making my booking. Followed up the following day to make a change and the staff were happy to help. Booked with Hays before and had no issues.
