Hi Stewart, we are sorry there has been confusion with your costing. I can see from our notes you were getting a online cost of £579 per person and our costing was coming in at £1246 . I can see a discount has been applied to your booking on Jet2holidays side of £60 taking the total amount to £1186 and then a further discount of £28 to bring it down to the £579 per person you were getting online as you advised with our colleague.

Your agent, I think her name was Hollie, was very patient and knowledgeable. She sought out the best deal for us, encouraging us to seek quotes from another company knowing we would return to Hays. You were not the cheapest but the service was better and we want to be taken care of.
