We were told that the agent we originally spoke to, Karen, regarding our £12,000 holiday to Japan would be available when we came into book to be told when we went into the shop ,Hays Travel Glenrothes, that she was on her day off which meant we had to speak to someone else, so the original relationship was lost. We then had our details read out loud, including full names, address, email adresses etc. over the phone to the Titan agent - does this not breach GDPR. Also we have since read that we may be charged for using the swimming pools at the hotels, the agent wasn't aware of this - we both feel a bit deflated about the service we received as the agent seemed to be distracted with other tasks/calls awating them. Feeling a bit disappointed considering its a big holiday for us and despite thus being our 4th holiday through Hays, we may not use you again.

I think there was a miscommunication the message was passed on that you were coming in and Karen being on her day off. I was just having a look at deals in your window when I caught the eye of an employee called Kenny .. I was only looking but he welcomed me in.. very friendly and knowledgable .. he gave me lots of relevant information and I made an informed choice and booked exactly what I was looking for .. told me the truth , pros and cons about different hotels... totally trust his wise advice .. he mentioned he been in this line for 30 years ..go and see Kenny in Glenrothes if you going abroad ..top bloke, trustworthy, knowledgable and great guy .. 10/10
