I have to say it's the staff but most of all Julie on the last 2 visits she has went above and beyond to get us the best hotel and best price to get me what I wanted and needed each visit took over 2 and half hours to find me a place to go that caters best for my needs that's the hardest part for me is picking the Destination the rest is stress free thanks to Julie I don't have to do anything else so wouldn't go anywhere else cause Julie knows my needs and nothing is a bother to her

Had excellent service from Bethany in the Hamilton branch. She kept me up to date with prices and was friendly throughout. Only downfall was that unable to pay with Visa credit card as the system did not recognise this card. This delayed payment for 24 hours during which time the prices went up. Customers should be able to pay with any card of their choice.

The service we received was very good. The young lady helping us was clearly new but did everything she could to find us the flights we were looking for, meet our requests and always asked for help when she needed to check something.
