Nice and easy and very helpful

The staff were very helpful on both occasions that I visited the shop. The booking process was thoroughly explained to me and I was advised to contact the shop if I had any queries or required extra information.
It was a joyful experience.

We always book though Haysall the staff are helpful. But Kirstie or Darren normally spend time with us, never a rush and always get sorted.

Very accommodating, friendly , listened to all our needs to book the holiday, and knowledgeable, and gave us good tips about the resort

Darren was very helpful and communication was good he managed to price match a cruise we had seen online

Always a good experience going into hays travel, all the travel agents are lovely, helpful and patient, booking our most recent holiday we worked with Tilly who was lovely, helpful us book what wanted, we also go to Darren a lot who’s booked most of our holidays since Iv been little
