Holly was very helpful, taking our original plan and offering alternative solutions. We already had a cruise booked and Holly was able to tailor our holiday to fit round it. Following a number of changes that we asked for, Holly proposed a new itinerary that worked well for us.
Highly recommend using Hays in Hassocks for travel planning.

i was stranded in vietnam and couldn’t book a flight home, hays were very helpful and kind and managed to get me home safe!

Lauren at Hays Travel in Hassocks was fantastic throughout. We wanted to go to Italy at quite short notice and Lauren helped us find packages with flights and hotels to choose from. At one point we changed our minds and thought we might not go, but then changed back to wanting to go. Lauren was patient, helpful, clear and applied no pressure. We were delighted with the service we received and are so looking forward to our holiday.

Friendly service as soon as we walked through the door. We wanted to get insurance cover for our holidays this year and we got cover straight away.

Sent wrong cabin number by email when I said I didn’t want email then went in next day they then said I didn’t have a cabin didn’t tell me about the discount so I thought I hadn’t been given it all very frustrating Went home and booked another trip with Riviera by phone and it was much better

Your Travel Adviser was extremely helpful offering several options on the holidays we were looking at. She was competent in answering our questions and provided a very satisfactory service.

Holly listened to our requirements found and offered a selection of accommodation discussed the pros and cons and advised from knowledge, so we could choose the holiday that suited us the best. All the team that were present when we were there were friendly.

I have asked so much from cruise to an extended stay, to looking up hotels as ones given by Cruise were not good. Organising this and everything for us has been amazing. Thank you Holly!

Ok so I have used Hayes travel before a holiday to Mauritius for our Honeymoon this was a once in a life time trip and was perfectly Managed by the Hassocks branch. last year I decided to buy a holiday voucher as a present for my wife excellent choice after having a chat with the staff at this branch again... Holly has been fantastic in everyway and has continued to supply advice choice and the upmost customer satisfaction yet again from your Hassocks branch. We don't live in Hassocks but in Brighton however this little branch is so customer facing and proven to us to meet any questions raised in a super speedy lovely manner. We always leave feeling relaxed about our purchase and know our holiday advice is clear and very reassuring.
