Hays Travel - Hassocks Reviews 

I wished book flights only for a large group.
This was done fairly effortlessly by the member of staff I saw.
She involved me in the process and was helpful and friendly throughout.
I also know that I can go back to Hayes to submit other details prior to checking in.
The personal customer service and guidance is what I really appreciate and I didn't have the headache I would have had if I'd attempted to book direct with an airline.

I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome.
Then Joanne went through all my options, explaining everything very clearly: passport dates of validity (which can be confusing), flights times, dates, costs, etc.
She then proceeded to book for me, issue my e-ticket, booking confirmation, etc.
Moreover, we had time for a friendly little chat, which adds to personalise the service.
So, altogether, a very pleasurable experience, which is much appreciated, thank you Joanne.

My city break to Rome was expertly selected to my budget and being a 10 minute walk from the Metro, which was only 3 stops from Terminii proved to be a matchwinner with so many sites to visit.

I used the hassocks branch recently to recently book a Lapland trip for my daughters. Chloe could not be more helpful and made the whole experience so easy. I have used these guys to book Dubai last year and they were great. I will be booking my next trip with them as well

I needed travel insurance and Mark was very kind and very helpful. It was much more expensive than I thought it would be.

The rep was very helpful and diligent and tried his very best to get exactly what we wanted.
There were a few technical hitches which were frustrating for him and a bit time consuming for us.
However, everything was made right in the end because we were awarded a very helpful discount. So, we thank the company for that. Perhaps the technical hitch has now been sorted so that other reps do not have the same problems. It was Mark who helped us and he could not have been more helpful

Fantastic customer service - helpful and detailed. It was really enjoyable to book our trip in store rather than online. We received great extra advice about vaccines and visas that you wouldn’t get on the internet.

Before my husband died, we used Hays Travel and always found them extremely efficient and helpful and this is the first time back booking a holiday with a friend. Glad to say nothing has changed, Hays Travel still the best.
