Accommodating, easy and friendly
Initially went to TUI to book who were not very friendly as we tried to book holiday with no appointment. Have used Hays before online, so popped in the shop where they were very accommodating and Emma listened to what we wanted and found us flight times and prices we all liked. Quick to book, although systems were playing up so took longer, but she made sure booked so didn’t loose our choice and then did the rest of details later.

Absolutely amazing staff! We knew what holiday we wanted and they found it and booked it in a matter of minutes. We wouldn't use anyone else - the staff at the Hastings branch are brilliant; always helpful and friendly. My only negative comment would be that if Sunday opening times are 11am until 4pm why couldn't they be 10am until 3pm and give the hard-working girls a better day.
