Although I had booked my main holiday at another Travel Agent, Hays were able to book Holiday Extras.
Although I had booked my main holiday through another Travel Agent Leila, who reccommended me to contact Hayes re: Holiday Extras. Mel was so friendly and helpful to book the night before our flight, the hotel and 12 night parking near Heathrow. Mel also explained about the shuttle from hotel to T5 and we were able to include this in the payment. She also helped to explain about using my mobile when in Egypt, vaccinations and Visa which is required.

My booking experience - by phone
Jane was very helpful and patient. I will need to take a wheelchair, so there was more for her to do to get my husband and me booked in - in a cabin next to my family - and insured. I felt reassured by her competence.
