Omg, I've had the best customer service support from a few lovely ladies at Hays Travel recently.
Amy & Erica (I'm from Hereford,.but not sure which office they're from) but they were very helpful, supportive and went above and beyond to rectify an issue I had, in the end resulting in a very satisfactory outcome.
They called me back when they said they would, they spoke to all the right people for me and as a result, I'm over the moon with my next cruise booking. Thank you ladies keep up the good work.

The friendliness and efficiency of the staff are second to none. Poppy helped us with queries we had on a holiday we had already booked, printed boarding passes etc and provided useful information. She then booked another holiday for us at a very competitive price and explained fully all the details we needed to know. First class service from Hays yet again.

I did initially go in to enquire about a holiday, Judith was very helpful. And the place I wanted was available, so I decided to book it there and then and put a deposit down. Also I had stay at the hostel before and I had loved my stay there.
