We already knew what we wanted but Hays found us something even better and that personal service through out the process is going to make it so much more relaxing.

There is nothing the staff at Hays Travel won’t do to make your holiday the holiday that you want. Just tell them your requirements and they will find the best deals available which is why I have used them so many times in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

I visited my local holiday office for a planned holiday, I was treated respectfully and the staff member was very helpful. It probably helped I knew where I wanted to go, however, we discussed different hotel options, dates and prices. I was shown all the information I needed to know at each step of the booking before confirmation. Everything was printed out for me to take away and currency availability to order if necessary. We also discussed whether I needed to book holiday insurance and airport car parking through them, however, I had already planned to book this separately.
Loved that Hays is an independent travel agent and in a nearby town. Not used before, however, likely to use again.
There were other customers in the office booking their holidays and they looked like they were having a similar experience, ensuring the customer was booking the right holiday for them, not pressure to just sell a holiday. Great service.

As always the service was friendly and efficient. My bookings were handled in a very satisfactory manner and we are all set for another great holiday organised by Sam.
