Booking our holiday was an absolute breeze thanks to Sophie. I popped into the branch, told her what we were looking for, and went on my way. By the time I got home, an email with great options was already waiting in my inbox.

She has been absolutely amazing from start to finish—so lovely, cheerful, kind, organised, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. She kept us updated throughout the whole process and took the time to send us several holiday quotes that suited what we were looking for. Nothing was too much trouble. Annmarie really listened to our needs (I am rather fussy!) and she found us the perfect holiday!
