I was looked after by Sophie who was charming , efficient and extremely helpful .

Members of staff were very helpful and patient to sort out the holiday we wanted .Went the extra mile to sort out our plane seats and private pickup to and from our hotel. We couldn't have asked for any more.

Booking our holiday was an absolute breeze thanks to Sophie. I popped into the branch, told her what we were looking for, and went on my way. By the time I got home, an email with great options was already waiting in my inbox.
The flights, accommodation, and overall value for money were spot on. Sophie was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient throughout. I couldn't have asked for a better experience—highly recommended.

We use George Street Hays in Hove on a regular basis specifically because of Anne Marie and the rest of the staff as they make the booking of the holiday seamless from start to finish. Always lovely to see their smiling faces and pleasant chats.

She kept us updated throughout the whole process and took the time to send us several holiday quotes that suited what we were looking for. Nothing was too much trouble. Annmarie really listened to our needs (I am rather fussy!) and she found us the perfect holiday! I went to Hays Travel to book a flight only. I was able to do this easily and quickly. Polly, who assisted me, was knowledgeable and helpful throughout, and answered all my queries. I was very impressed and happy with the whole experience.
