This is the first time we have used Hays Travel. Customer service was excellent. Nicola was clearly experienced and knowledgeable in arranging cruises. She was well informed, very helpful and professional. Took us through the process and we booked a Saga cruise. I shall certainly use Hays in future.

Nicola is the Iceland Queen
Nicola was absolutely amazing when we went in to find out more about going to Iceland. She had lots of information to share about the destination and was extremely knowledgeable. The whole experience was brilliant, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hays Travel and Nicola to anyone.
