Holiday 2028…
Was called to remind me they were taking bookings for the 2028 l had shown interest in. Millie went through the itinerary with me again which was good but l reminded her l still had a copy at home.
Forgot to ask and was not asked if l was a HM Forces veteran (or Blue Light holder)as l know some travel agents offer discounts

Top class customer service
I booked 2 holidays with Keiran on Saturday morning. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He gave us some comparisons so that we could afford 2 holidays and he even looked at a holiday for next year. He is professional, friendly and polite and worked hard to help us. your operative Kieran was very helpful and pleasant. nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere in the room felt welcoming and relaxed. we booked a weekend away in London. Hopefully we will be back to book a summer holiday. Well done Hays.
