Brilliant!!
I always book my holidays with Hays in Hyde, Manchester. The staff are always friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We were interested in a holiday to Greece this time but were uncertain which island to visit. Eve who served us was extremely patient and went through all the options to fit in with what we wanted from our holiday. We picked a Hotel in Kos Kardemena, which was perfect for us. Thank you Hays Travel Hyde!!

Great team and the lovely girl Machaela (Myla) was brilliant. All the team at the shop were so friendly and helpful. Myla did all the booking for me as well as advice on travel insurance. Won’t hesitate to book again with you.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. The lady that dealt with us was superb. Was above and beyond in sorting our flights out and helping us with other queries about holidays we are thinking of taking.
We have been coming to Hays and Thomas Cook before Hays took over this branch for years and are always pleased with the service.
