Thank you Jemma for how you coped with a lot of pressure with me. This is the second holiday that I have booked with Jemma & hays travel agents. I think we got a lot more from booking via messaging than going into a travel agency. Highly recommended.

First cruise!
This is the first time in booking a cruise for me & my little boy. I was anxious as its the unknown but Jemma made the whole process soooo much easier! She was there to answer every question I had, with as much info as possible…even ones that were probably obvious to most. Nothing was too much trouble.
Jemma took away all the stress & made me feel confident that I was booking the right cruise & package to suit us.
I would 100% recommend Jemma to all friends & family going forward & will be in touch for any future getaways!

Massively recommend booking with Jemma Bond
I saw Jemma's adverts randomly pop up for a mini cruise and having never done one before I thought it was a great opportunity to see what it was all about, and at a great price. From the first contact I knew I'd made the right decision. Jemma was so helpful and seams to work around the clock!! Always happy to answer any questions to put your mind at rest and sharing top tips to ensure you have a truly great experience. I've always been a bit of a control freak when booking any trips, opting to book it all myself but this has changed my mind completely, knowing I can have an expert making sure I can get the best deal and make it all so smooth and simple from start to finish. Our first cruise but definitely not our last.

Amazing customer service!
I had saw Jemma’s posts pop up on Facebook a few times before taking the leap and booking, it was our first time on a cruise and Jemma was there to answer all of my questions even out of hours (sorry!) Jemma was there every step of the way even to help me when I struggled to check In, she sent out all her best cruise tips which were a godsend, I’m a panicker and I know without Jemma and her expertise I would have been a mess during the process - she made it super quick and simple and it was so nice to have someone so knowledgeable to ask questions to.
