I’ve used Hays Travel multiple times and the service is often good. Jess is knowledgeable and helpful in organizing holidays. She provides clear, professional advice, but at times I felt the communication could be quicker. It’s definitely convenient booking from home, though not perfect every time. Overall, a decent experience.

From the get go, Jess has been so incredibly helpful and took time to listen to our individual needs, enabling us to book the most suitable holiday for our family. Jess kept in touch during the search period ensuring that we were up to date with her progress and then when at the stage of finalising the details, she checked every element of our booking. After booking Barbados and Iceland through Jess, her efforts to make sure you have the best holiday are top priority. This time we decided to book another couples holiday along with a bigger group family holiday - we just know Jess will recommend and good hotel and has so much experience and knowledge of all things travel related. She always helps us to know things about each hotel and area before decided our perfect holiday and know so much about each area and what we can do there too.
