Jo-Anne is always really helpful when I'm changing my mind on what we want from our holiday! Always happy to offer advice and help.

Jo listened carefully to what we wanted and was so quick in sending holiday info throigh, despite us changing our holiday plans completely and going for something different. It feels like nothing is too much trouble for her and it’s taken the pressure out of travelling knowing that she’s there to ask.

Very patient, and gave lots of suggestions nothing was to much trouble. We had no idea where we wanted to ho but was offered lots of choices.
