Jo was great! So helpful with booking our last minute holiday. Especially considering our extra medical needs for my son! And managing to get all 5 of us sat together on the plane!

We have booked half a dozen times with Joanne. Each time has been effortless with Jo making it a seamless process. As we have booked before Jo has all our details on file. All we have to do is give dates and destinations, and Jo handles the rest. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Joanne has been amazing with us whilst booking a trip to Goa which was quite short notice. We wanted to go for the carnival and all information was found for us. We were not the easiest people to do a booking for needing to make changes to times, dates and accommodation but we found something we were happy with, there was a delay in us booking but now it’s all done and we are looking forward to our trip. Joanne was very patient with us throughout and kept us informed of everything. We will be getting in contact for our next trip and the service was seamless and professional. Many thanks
