Staff were knowledgeable and helpful

The staff are very attentive and no job is difficult for them. Have booked holiday with them lots of times and would not use any other travel agent . The girls in the Johnstone shop are always happy, friendly supportive and can’t thank them enough for going over and above their job description. X

Hazel went above and beyond to get me the holiday i wanted,the staff are so helpful

From the initial welcome from the agent, Janice, until I hugged her in thanks at the door, she made a (somewhat) disjointed holiday seamless. Janice showed immense patience with the Tour Operator because their system was up then down for almost 2 hours. In between, Janice talked me through all the different accommodation that I'd be staying at during my tour, and used her expertise to discuss my cruise at the end of my trip. I knew my choice of holiday wouldn't be difficult ordinarily, however, as a sole traveller, this did pose some challenges. I'm absolutely delighted at her attention and professionalism.

As usual Hazel was very helpful and got us exactly what we were looking for and even found a discounted deal.

Great service both via email and when I went in to the shop. Nothing was too much trouble when I was asking for different options to consider. Staff are friendly and helpful.
