Julie came recommended, having contact over the phone with open access no busy queue systems was so helpful. Julie was clear to understand and it helped that she read back the information so it ensured accuracy on both sides. No pressure and no stress as Julie organised it all. She is very knowledgeable and we were happy for our holiday to be left in her hands.

Julie went over and above using her experience and professionalism to provide us with a holiday over and above what we originally expected.

The whole experience was easy and straight forward, have never used an independent before but would definitely do it again.

Julie was fantastic when she organised our recent last-minute booking. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she quickly responded to our (many!) questions and found us a lovely holiday. She also booked the lounge for us and offered to sort out parking too. We will definitely book through Julie again.

I gave Julie the hotel I wanted and she came back with a price, just needed to choose flights etc.
I was unable to select seats so Julie did that for me as well. Julie did offer to put in the API details but I was able to do that myself.
As there are 8 of us travelling it needed to be right.
I had lots of questions and Julie was prompt in responding to them.
Great payment system, link sent by text, paperwork through very quickly.
