We knew what we wanted and where to go
We knew what we wanted and where to go, and the assistant was professional and did not rush us as we had to try and book in sequence with another party whom we are going with who are from Ireland. All went smoothly and all booked on the same cruise now.

Fantastic experience booking a holiday to Disneyland Paris with Elaine at Keighley branch! She did everything she could to really listen to our requirements and even went as far as to lend me her reading glasses when I had forgotten mine!
