When we booked our holiday the lady was absolutely brilliant , she got us fast track as my daughter has lot issue , which it brilliant for my daughter , made booking so easy , went got holiday insurance, they was great with that aswell , we alway book with hays so helpful and give you best advice possible when needed

I usually book all my holidays on line but as Krakow was going to be a different experience than a beach holiday, I sought the help of Hays. Chantelle was really good and knew exactly what we were looking for. She was friendly and helpful, whilst being professional.

Amazing cluster service as always, this year Shaun at Keighley helped me to find an all inclusive 10 night trip for a family of 6. After visiting the store and leaving him with the picky details of where to travel I left feeling confident that after being unorganised this year we could be in safe hands at Hays.
Shaun kept in touch and worked with me and around my work commitments to secure a booking that suited well.
He was able to do everything over the phone which was very convenient and I am please with the outcome. He was able to price match saving me a significant amount of money.

As a first timer requiring good advice and information about my city break in September Alisha at Keighley branch has been incredibly helpful.

The staff where all so friendly and polite, Chantelle who’s desk I went to was lovely and helpful. I had a hotel in mind and just wanted to be reassured that it was good in reviews and the area and things, which she had a look at and reassured me that it is a family favourite and loads to do in the area. I completed the sale and was very happy with the service :) and can’t wait to go on my holiday next year
