Nothing was to much, Dan went out of his way to find us our next holiday i would recommend Hays Travel.😀😀

Friendly and helpful staff, in particular Helen who has been my main contact.

Dan assisted us with booking our flights to America and we found him very helpful and knowledgable. What information we needed and he didn't know, he soon had answers to our questions by trawling through the Internet. Thanks Dan.

Dan was brilliant! I've never booked a foreign holiday and didn't trust myself to do it correctly online. Dan took all of the stress out of it and I'm very pleased! This year is our second year using Hays Travel agents at their King's Lynn branch and the second year of being in the very capable hands of Tamzin. She helped us book our holiday last year to Lisbon, Portugal. We haven't travelled abroad for years so Tamzin did an amazing job at putting our minds at ease. We had so many questions and she handled them all admirably.
I have to also say that the atmosphere in the King's Lynn branch is so warm, welcoming & friendly. Each member of staff greets you as you walk in and they are all such fun! It has the feeling of being part of a family and we absolutely LOVE IT! We wouldn't trust anyone else to help plan our holidays.

We went in yesterday to kings lynn branch to book a family hoilday, we were looked after by a very polite and friendly chap called dan, he was fantastic got us a great deal on a hoilday to salou for 8 of us including 2 babies, made our experience very stress free, quick and super simple!
