Absolutely 1st class service from Claire over the phone & emails, matched our search on Jet2s app & so easy to book over the phone with just a few details to secure the live deal then went to Kirkham branch to finish the booking & collect our booklet with Everything you need for the holiday,& details of their app if you prefer to have your holiday booking on your phone. Will help with any questions about your travel insurance money or anything else. Will be checking there deals first before booking on line

i went in for the first time to book a flight with jet2 and realised that this could not be done cheaply. jet2 were offering 20per cent off . Iwould go back if i wanted to book a holiday but not flights.

Booking is so much easier with the help of a human
I knew exactly where I wanted to travel to, when and what seat I wanted on the plane. I could have booked online but prefer to go into a shop. My reasons are, the pleasant polite staff and environment and I am not a fan of doing anything myself that would mean that someone would potentially loose their job. Claire had never visited my holiday destination but was extremely helpful and made my visit painless.

I went into Hays, Kirkham yesterday and booked for a Four Night break in Benidorm. I was served By Kate, the manager of the branch. She was friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable about the places I wanted to stay. Highly professional and had me all booked up within 20 mins. I would definitely go to Hays again for future breaks and holidays.
