Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!

I had an incredible experience booking our family holiday to Orlando and then on a Caribbean cruise thanks to Kristina. From the very first conversation, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure my trip was perfect. She handled everything—from flights, accommodation, transfers to park tickets and insider tips and of course the Royal Caribbean Cruise—making the entire process stress‑free and enjoyable.
What really stood out was her attention to detail. She listened to exactly what we wanted, offered brilliant recommendations, and tailored the trip so it suited us perfectly. Every question we had was answered quickly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble, even although we changed the goal post on several occasions to get it just right.
Thanks to her expertise, we are now heading for the holiday of a life time with full confidence that every part of our holiday is sorted. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Truly deserving of five stars!

Couldn't have asked for more. I contacted Krissie to ask her to book our holiday for us . I already new where we wanted to stay and the dates, but she sorted everything else out for us within a few minutes
and this was on a saturday evening. Nothing is too much trouble for her. So friendly and kind and I just know if there are any problems, our holiday is In safe hands and she will sort them.
