I like going into the shop in lanark as the whole team make it very personal and accommodating. They are very well informed of what it involves to get you what you are after.its not a hard sell.so it's a relaxed atmosphere and you leave with the best deal possible on the holiday you were after.kelly and her team get 10/10 from me

I was a bit indecisive when I first got there but Kelly the agent I spoke to made me feel relaxed and I was able to book a holiday that I’ve been wanting for years.

I had a great experience with hays travel Lanark, Ailie was all the help I needed from the beginning to the very end by giving me many different choices on my needs and wants for my holiday, Ailie was great when coming to book my holiday, had everything ready and was so easy with all of her help and advice, Many thanks Ailie, will book again!

I always book my family holidays with Hays Travel as I have been a customer for many years. The staff are all lovely and very professional, taking time and care to ensure you get everything you want from your holiday at the best prices. Even if I see a holiday I like online, I go into the shop and discuss it with them as they’ve probably been and can give you advice about the hotel and area, which you don’t really get online. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Booked last week for7 nights flying from Edinburgh then decided to go for 10 nights and fly from Glasgow, Aillie spent a lot of time to sort it out for me,can't thank her enough for doing it.
