Everything is easy.
Booked the holiday we wanted with no problems, very professional and excellent service. The travel agent took time with us to discuss and explain the details after printing out our itinerary.
Travel insurance was also discussed and booked at the same time, always a great experience booking through Hays in Lancaster everything is always clearly explained.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Claire greeted me by name when I walked in!!! She helped me refine my choices that I had already found. Offered other options to make sure I was happy with what we had decided. Booked the holiday very quickly and even took the time to call about assisted travel for one of the party. I would thoroughly recommend Claire at the Lancaster branch excellent customer service skills.

My friend and I were looking for a reasonably priced weeks holiday in October. Logan was extremely helpful and we ended up with just what we wanted. The hotel Logan helped us find looks amazing. Very pleased with Hays Travel an will definitely use them again 😄😄
