Hays Travel - Largs Reviews 

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff

Just bought some travel money from Hays travel in Largs!! I didnt read the small print and got a lower rate than was advertised on line so I questioned this !! The staff were brilliant and called head office to explain the situation!! The manager then cancelled my transaction and reissued my travel money at the higher rate!! First class service from the whole team!!
P.s remember and read the small print!!

They worked on my hoilday for 3 weeks I kept changing my mind but joleen was a great help and very happy to search and find my perfect hoilday with my boys

I have very little knowledge on how to book holidays making sure everything is sorted on both ends and so I reached out to hays travel for help. Eva helped me over the phone to book a holiday and made sure it was all sorted for me I literally had to do bare minimum it was perfect! Eva was very professional and helped me in every way possible!

It is impressive when you go in to book a holiday that the person dealing with you already remembers your name. Kimberly as per usual was excellent and is first class at her job. We will never book on line, as we prefer the personal touch and if anything should go wrong the confidence that there is someone on the end of a phone to help

Kim was brilliant, all I had to do was give her some information and that was our holiday booked, Kim always kept in contact every stage of the booking, very friendly and great customer care, would definitely recommend x

The young lady looking after me in Hays, (Heather) was so helpful and spent a long while on two occasions making sure my flight requirements suited me to the last detail including change over slots etc.
Overall, the visit to this office was excellent.

Joelene was very helpful and found us the exact holiday that we had requested. However it still has to be confirmed. The staff at the Largs branch are excellent.

We went into the shop in Largs with a vague idea of what we were thinking about. Jolene was very helpful and knowledgeable and discussed all options available to us Describing areas we were looking at, detailing activities (or the lack of) for our needs. We were shown different countries, given the pros & cons going by what we were looking for. We left the shop very happy and looking forward to 10 days in Marmaris. All staff members made us feel relaxed and comfortable during our visit. We would use Hays in the future if booking a holiday.

The customer service was excellent I enquired about the holiday online , I was contacted by Kim from Largs shop she was so helpful, she got me a great holiday at a great price

Be more competitive on your flights 50 per cent more expensive and severe cancellation charges are extreme. Staff are good

Had many demands regarding my holiday and Ellie complied with each request made, found multiple hotels all of which suited my requirements. Arranged everything quickly and efficiently. Couldn't have been any happier with how my experience went.

Jolene goes above and beyond to help u find what you are wanting always there to answer any questions you have 5*
