Great experience
I went in to book a holiday I had a price in mind and I already knew what hotel I wanted I was served by the apprentice who went above and beyond to meet all my needs in a timely manner and even told me if I flew one day earlier I could save some money she managed to sort out a lot of requests I had which took a huge amount of stress off me and pre booked our seats and arrange special assistance we travel regularly as a big family and we will deffos be back to book more holidays !

Excellent experience Heather was professional knowledgeable and provided an excellent standard of customer service communicating everything clearly and quickly to help inform me so I could take advantage of the price by booking quickly on the live system as prices can change. Great service
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I haven’t used a travel agent in a long time but I will again. They got me a cruise that I didn’t find on line.

Fantastic experience! Eva is a gem.
We seen a cruise advertised on Facebook and sent a message to the Facebook page. Eva answered my many questions & made the booking process really easy. She was very knowledgeable & friendly throughout.

Good customer attention
Eva went out of her way to find us exactly what we were looking for. She updated us frequently and did everything she could in a friendly patient and professional manner. In the end the flight times put us off so we are rethinking but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hays.

Booked to go to Belfast for a couple of days and told us was a good deal so we took it,I discovered it I had booked it myself I could have saved £142.00. Will check online in future before I go back there.

I phoned Largs store just before shutting as i seen a brilliant deal the girl I spoke to was Excellent my phone was going to run out but she managed to book my Disneyland Paris holiday in about 3 mins I can't Thank You enough,also a nice girl called few days letter to explain about Mastercard you can get to use on holiday which was very helpful Thank You
