We havent actually went on the holiday yet but the booking process was very easy and quick. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Hoping it is as good as it looks.
Nice pleasant experience. Girls very helpful. Didnt rush even when people were waiting. Explained everything, nothing a bother. Have booked several trips at Hays. Will keep going back.

Give us a try always there to help
Went in not knowing where we should go on holiday the girls in the office where more than helpful went through about 5 places to go with there knowledge and help was able to book a holiday to Rhodes

3rd Holiday Booked with Hay's In Larne this year
Hi just booked my 3rd holiday this year with Hay's Travel in Larne. We always deal with Catherine who is always more and helpful going over and above to get the holiday that suits us best. Can't speak anything but hightly about her. Excellent at her job.

Cruising again using Hayes. Deciding on a cruise was an experience…
Deciding on a cruise was an experience we discussed and researched over a period of weeks. The Hays staff worked with us in the Larne Office where we had booked a cruise previously. On the day for our decision, two staff took us through the process and cross checked the forms before we completed. Follow up with email confirmation was on the day, providing reassurance that we would be organised and ready to travel.
