Had a great experience yet again with Lynn at the briggate branch 4th Holiday book this year with her and her branch always amazing service really considers my needs never rushed and always gives me time to consider so never feel under pressure ❤️ well done team briggate for providing such a lovely environment and great service 👏

This place is a gem
This place is a gem. Apartments are lovely and clean the beach is in the hotel and swimming pool aswell.
Overall it’s an amazing place. You have to pay extra for the AC.

Patient and attentive staff
Lucy spent a lot of time with us checking out lots of options for our cruise/stay holiday. Rebecca made suggestions and chatted with us during the ‘down time’ and also became involved in the search. Both were very knowledgeable and patient as we asked for different searches and packages to be tried. They were very helpful and eventually found our ideal itinerary within our preferred budget.
