Sally who took over our enquiries about a river cruise was more than helpful, not being able to use a computer very well she went out of her way to help us sort out the holiday.

My partner and I were looked after by Rebecca and Lucy. They spent a long time with us in the store and were very helpful. I also spent a long time on the phone afterwards with Rebecca who, again, was very helpful and courteous.

The travel agent Rebecca took her time listening to what we wanted, looking at different places and hotels and printing out the top 1's we were interested in.
Never felt pressured at all and when we went off for a cuppa to view the places she had printed off for us, when we rang back to book they were just as helpful and had made a note of the places we were interested in

I was looking for a longer destination for me and my two son's and after lots of back and forth Sally found us a quite remarkable deal to Dubai. I cannot recommend the whole experience enough. Didn't like receiving important docs by email when I expected paper if I was computer savvy I wouldn't need a travel agent also I rang about travel ins and was forgotten about so went elsewhere
