Hays worked strategically with partners in the country to flesh out a 5 week adventure. There was a lot of detail to tease out and make sure all the dots matched up. We could trust these will all come together when we go (7 months)!

Gemma was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when booking our trip to Orlando. Staff extremely helpful took time to listen to what we wanted from our holiday. Wasnt pushy to get us to book we came home to have another look decided it was what we wanted so went back the next day and hooked our holiday. Chatted to us about holidays we may like in the future and gave us the information we asked for. Great service
