Hays Travel - Llantwit Reviews 

I was assisted by Emma at Hays Travel Llantwit Major in booking a city break to Bilbao. I regularly use this branch as all the staff are great.
On this occasion I was very pleased with the help provided and the outcome.

Emma at Hays Travel in Llantwit Major was so friendly and helpful. In the last month we have booked two holidays with her, one for 2026 and one for 2027. On both holidays she was able to get us an extra night and was even able to price match the holiday. Her advice and knowledge was greatly received.

Very supportive in booking a cruise, never rushed or any pressure to proceed with the purchase.

We started booking holidays with Sandra in 2022 and have booked every year since! She is a dream to deal with and loves her job and it shows! We have now booked to go to Mexico next year and she found us a fabulous hotel. We can’t wait!

She also helps with transfers, plane seats and everything is dealt with, which is amazing for us as we have 2 little ones. It’s a big help!

Brilliant service Emma knew what I wanted and dates.

The Travel Agent Claire was very friendly and knowledgable. She had plenty of patience and explored several holidays to get the best deal.

I went into the Llantwit branch not really sure where I wanted to go, but I had a budget and was looking for a special family holiday for our 30th wedding anniversary — something for our children and grandchildren to enjoy together.

The staff, as always, made me feel so welcome. They were patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They gave honest feedback about the hotels we were looking at and even shared their own experiences, which really helped. There was never any pressure — just genuine care and effort to find the right holiday for us.

They found us a lovely family trip with plenty of water slides for the grandchildren and a beach nearby. A few days later, I went back to ask if we could switch to another hotel along the same beach, and the ladies sorted it straight away without any fuss.

I would 1000000000000% recommend going in to see these lovely ladies to book your next holiday! Thank you so much, ladies — you’re amazing! xx

Llantwit Major Branch Lacey & Claire went into the office early to make sure they booked my cruise on release day. They worked with me even though we were thousands of miles apart and I was on a ship. I can not praise them enough for the professionalism and care they have shown me as a customer. Thank you xx

I walked into the Llantwit branch not sure what I wanted or if I could afford it. The staff were warm, welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. They showed me options and shared their experiences. There was no pressure to purchase or make a decision but I left with a fantastic trip, at a good price and with the offer of further support if I need it. It’s very easy to recommend them.

The ladies in Llantwit are incredible, always time to go through the holiday with you and nothing is to much trouble. Emma has booked a holiday for 21 people for a big family holiday, and other holidays, she is so professional and I am always confident I have the right holiday x
