Very impressed with Nieve
I saw Nieve who was extremely patient and made sure we were able to book exactly what we wanted.
The office was very busy, including sitting near a colleague with a very loud voice but she remained calm and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t recommend Hays Travel Agent’s, Longton and Mikki Agency enough! From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping us find the perfect holiday. We were looking for something special in Corfu, Greece for a mother and daughter trip, and she took the time to listen to what we wanted, answer all of our questions, and explore every option until we found exactly the right fit.
Thanks to her effort and dedication, we’ve booked an amazing holiday that we’re so excited about. The whole process felt easy, stress-free, and personal – it really felt like she cared about making sure we were happy with our choice.
