We always ask for Paula at the Lowestoft branch, she is knowledgeable and talks us through every step of the way on each holiday.
Nothing is too much trouble which puts us at ease throughout the booking process.

For the last few years I have booked with Hays Lowestoft.
I can only speak about my experiences at Lowestoft, but when I booked yesterday they were, as always ,first class.
Saw Claire this time, she was knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly what more can you want, a real credit to the business. They came in very close to the Internet price and took out the stress of booking on line, with the added knowledge that you have someone to speak to if the need arises. Michelle and the other staff are all also very good. I will aways use them if possible and would not hesitate in recommending them. Give then a try I'm sure you will not be disappointed

I spoke with Lauren at the Lowestoft Branch. She was lovely, very helpful, and allowed me to take my time, I wasn't rushed into making decisions. She explained options and choices.

I recently booked 2 holidays in store with Michelle and Lauren and service as always was spot on. Always so smiley and happy and nothing is too much trouble for then to sort.

Everything we needed was carried out very professionally and Lauren was excellent.

Been a few days since I booked my holiday but once again Hays travel excelled themselves Rachael was lovely and friendly took the time to listen to what I wanted didn’t feel rushed at all, and managed to find me the perfect hotel to meet our needs. They printed out all our information including our e-tickets so less for us to do. All the staff are so accommodating, and you can see they genuinely enjoy what they do.

We originally wanted to do a river cruise using Stansted airport. Paula looked at lots of river cruises for us but none were going from Stansted. Paula then helped us to find a great holiday in Menorca. An adults only TUI Blue hotel. It looks amazing and we can’t wait to go. Paula is a brilliant travel agent and always tries her hardest to find us a good holiday. We find all the agents at Hays really friendly and helpful.
