Easy and friendly
We were looking for a last minute break and did not want to trawl the internet ourselves. We went into the branch and wick easy booking of our holiday. Like that we were able to go into a different branch to check in, which we have found a chore in the past.

Myself and my husband went into Hays Travel on a rainy Sunday afternoon to enquire about a New York City Break and Sophie brightened our day.
