Kay was so helpful. She listened to what we wanted and made thoughtful suggestions based on her knowledge and experience of the area we wanted to travel to. After we left the store, she continued to search out options that fit our brief. When we returned to book she went through the options and any questions we had. Then she made the booking process easy. Will definitely pop into store again when we want to book another holiday

Brilliant customer service
Booked an all inclusive holiday to Cyprus at the Hays Travel store in Maidenhead. I can’t remember all their names, but I found all the staff there to be really friendly and very helpful. They even did the online check-in for me too. The travel money man was very nice and extremely helpful. I’d thoroughly recommend using them 😊
