Sophia at the Maidstone branch is always so patient and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for her. Responses from emails are always prompt and informative and l especially like the fact there is never any pressure. Great service from Hays. l have recommended to friends and family as l am so impressed with the service provided.

Excellent experience. Our rep Nikki was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and understanding. We got the holiday we wanted because she knew exactly what she was doing. She did everything right.

We booked an appointment with Nikki, as we booked our holiday with her last year. (Neither of us had been abroad for many years when we saw her last year.) She was beyond helpful and amazing yet again this year , remembered us and made us feel that our holiday needed to be exactly what we wanted, gave us advice on locations and made suggestions.
