As always staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, they go the extra mile to sort out exactly what you need, we usually see Nikki, but all the staff in Maidstone branch are wonderful, we used to use that shop when it was Thomas Cook, so have been going in there for years.

Nikola is very good and understands our needs. She will try her best to cater our needs and is very helpful in all aspects. She deserves a gold star.

We saw Demi she was very friendly and helpful, she explained everything to us in detail.

A warm welcome as soon as we stepped into the shop. Lynn was very relaxed, she was charming and knowledgeable about River Cruising. We soon explained what my partner and I were looking for. and after taking our details contacted the firm that we had been looking at to go with. We were pleased that a cabin had just become available, and decided to book it, even if it was Friday 13th !

Nikki deals with all our holidays and we’ve always had the best experience and has done for years. We like multi centre holidays in more tropical locations and she just understands our needs more than others. Always finds the best options for the best value. We cannot wait for our Japanese adventure in July travelling across the country to get the most from our visit! We wouldn’t use anyone else!
