My Hays rep Mandeep did everything she could to make sure I could have the package holiday which was specific to my requirements and at a manageable budget.

I would recommend booking with Mandeep, she exceeded my requirements when booking a holiday. The hotels, flights and taxis were all sorted and part of the package making this a stress free booking. The communication has been consistent and clear checking along the way I was happy with everything. I didnt want to change anything as what Mandeep found was perfect and I will 100% be booking another holiday with her.

Excellent customer service delivered by Mandeep. She took the time to find out our needs and put together a holiday package which was great value and the family thoroughly enjoyed. The after service to check we had received our documents was impeccable.

Mandeep was very useful in helping me find and select tours for my trip to Iceland - She was able to come up with great deals and options tailored to my budget, my wishlist and my preferred dates in a very short space of time. The tour I booked on was absolutely amazing and I'm glad she was able to help when I had decision paralysis! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a stress-free and personalised travel service!
