We went into Hays Rosie asked us to take a seat, we told her what we wanted She was on that computer found what we requested Then on the phone to find more information Couldn’t of done anymore

We find all the staff that have dealt with our travel requirements very informed and attentive. We are very satisfied with the way that our requirements for our needs for our next cruise were met and everything was done professionally. We will always use Hays travel in the future.

Anna was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient - it's the first cruise for my wife and I and Anna explained everything in a straightforward, easy to understand way.

Anna listened to our needs and has put together a great cruise to celebrate a special birthday and anniversary.

As usual Anna has delivered we wanted a midweek break in Vienna in December for the Christmas market she sorted flights ,hotel and even contacted hotel to make sure we have a walk in shower thanks Anna

We refer to a young lady called Bethany who has been exceptionally helpful who works at the Mansfield branch. She is patient, knowledgable and informative. A real asset to Hays. Alina Fletcher and Christine Camilleri.
