New booking
The shop was clean and tidy. Was greeted very warmly. Michelle listened to what I wanted and went both above and beyond to get the best price possible. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Even after I had keft the shop without booking she still worked on it and managed to find a better price, rang me and I went back to the shop and booked it.

Great service and easy booking
Emailed for a quote on a river cruise. Quick reply. Rang up to discuss a couple things and changed an option. Booked on the phone. We do sometimes call in but this time the remote option worked better for us.
All the way through excellent, friendly service and a good price.
