Always very helpful,,great service
Always very helpful,,just one phone call and within 1 hour yvonne had my holiday picked &priced and ready to go.always happy to check us in,and print boarding passes etc for us,, they always make it so easy,,and nothing is a bother. Love Hays travel. X

Help at my age, wirhout a phone in my hand
Staff, especially the manager were extreemly helpful, and i could not have asked for any better, the only disappointment , which had nothing to do with the staff, was the range of price ,within a short period of time.
