Chloe was brilliant from start to finish …. There are 2 Chloe’s in the morecambe branch both sorted everything out for our group holiday … we had to change our dates which was done efficiently and a room upgrade was priced up before we even asked for it so …all in all I would recommend Heys travel without hesitation … it made our holiday booking so easy and I know if I have any other queries I don’t have to worry about them .

2nd time I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Hays Travel, and won’t be the last . Very helpful finding my holiday to suit my needs and budget. Much easier than going online for me ,fully booked in 20 minutes, thanks again Dave.

Because always makes booking a holiday so easy although we don't like the link you have to use if booking over the phone we can never get it to work so we always have to call in the shop which isn't always convenient.

Staff were lovely, rapport was easy, great interactional skills. Their knowledge & information was all very good. Successfully booked our 1st ever cruise; a 14-day experience for next year. We have more plans & will be using their service again.
